I have had people ask me if they were the best team I have ever had or what was the best team I have ever had. I can't answer that. I seem to be blessed with some of the best teams that have ever worked with a missionary. Maybe the question should be, "How do you always
get such great teams?" The answer to that is, "I don't know". I do seem to be blessed in that God sends one team after another that are incredible. In saying that, I want to say this North Central University team was great. May God bless them for all that they have done for Ecuador and us.

I know how you get great teams! You know how to treat them, that's how. I ached to be in Quito again in March when the 2006 North Central team was there, because I remembered the amazing experience I had had the year before. I remember getting on the bus at the airport and listening to both of you give us instructions about what to do and what not to do. It was obvious that you had hosted many teams before and knew how to handle them. And you took care of us like I never would have expected throughout the whole week. It doesn't seem possible that you could have done anything better. What team wouldn't want to join you?
